Meetings
General Membership Meetings will be twice a year on the second Monday of November and May. There may be special meetings called if the Board of Directors feels it is necessary. We will attempt to give a two (2) week notice of special meetings. The May meeting will be for the purpose of nominating candidates to serve on the Board of Directors. The November meeting will be to review budget/finance information. All board meetings are open to the General Membership. In order to vote on any issues, a member must have their booster fees paid to date and be present at the meeting. Each family has only one vote. If you are unable to attend the meetings and have something to be discussed, please contact any Board Member at least one week prior to the next meeting. Board Members will meet on a monthly basis to discuss pertinent issues.
