Membership
Every family that has a child on a team at HVGC is a member. Membership is open to any individual, family, firms, corporations, enterprises or association interested in the purpose of the Corporation.

Booster Fees and Payments
For this competition season booster fees will be $680.00, payable in 8 consecutive monthly installments of $85.00, with the first payment due September 15th, 2004. Payments will be considered late if not received by the 25th of the month and a $15 late fee will be charged. Booster accounts need to be kept current. A gymnast with a past due account will not be permitted to compete in meets. Booster payments cover the cost of competition for your child such as meet entry fees and coachesí expenses as well as a year-end team banquet, coaches' professional society memberships, and support funds for gymnasts reaching national competition.

Booster payments are calculated each year during the budget process. The budget is based on a specific number of team members. Booster fees have 2 components: individual meet entry fees, and team related fees. If a gymnast leaves the team during the competition season a hardship covering team expenses is created for the remaining team members. Therefore if a gymnast leaves the team during the competition season the portion of booster fees that cover the team expenses is still due. Booster fees are payable to Hocking Valley Gymnastic Boosters and can be deposited in the brown box marked "Boosters" on the wall in the parent watching room. A monthly statement will be provided for you and will be in your gymnast's team mail folder located in the green long box on the wall of the parent watching room – girl's team on the right, boy's team on the left.
